"I hired Nicole's business for my daughter Kaisley's 3rd birthday party. Theme was Beauty and the Beast and this is the very 1st time I hired someone to decorate my daughter's party because I love to plan her birthday and do as much as I can by myself. Since the very first time I spoke with Nicole she got my vision and what I wanted for my princess' birthday so I could quickly tell she was very good in what she does. We initially set the date for April 16th but my daughter had some health issues and ended being in the hospital so we had to postpone her party. Nicole was not just understanding of our situation but sent several messages checking up on us and offered her availability to reschedule for couple weeks after. The big day came and Nicole arrived on time (She lives 2+ hours from our house in Clermont, FL) and she met my daughter and spent some sweet bonding moments with Kaisley... It was very special to see that she is not just the business owner that is ready to do the job and leave but she takes the time to meet her customers. Nicole had all her high quality supplies very well organized. She was fast and deliver my concept of Kaisley's party to perfection. She was careful, clean and made sure every single detail was on point... and she even took time to help me get the birthday girl ready.
I've met Nicole just once but I can tell she is a very special human being that puts her heart and soul in her business and everything she does.
